About Us



Blueprint Performance was founded in 2014 by Coley White with the mission of providing the resources and tools to prepare our youth for higher education through athletic opportunities.  It started small at first with a few athletes training on the field on weekends.  Within a year the demand had grown to a level that Coley decided to get his brothers Bo and Pat involved to help train and coach.

Business continued to grow for the next two years with Blueprint primarily focusing on on-field training and helping athletes get to college.  After many conversations between the brothers, they decided to open a training facility in Daphne, AL and expand their client offering.  In the Spring of 2018 Blueprint Performance training facility was opened and classes were made available to adults as well.  We have had the opportunity to work with everyone from professional athletes, young athletes, and even seniors looking to stay active. We tailor our workout to our clients and make sure they are getting the attention and results they are looking for.
